I agree with the part about the cell phone; let's include the laptop, blackberry, iphone, ipad, droid, netbook, and every other communication device. I guarantee it has an OFF button....USE. IT. There are way too many people who are not fully engaged in anything they do for answering the buzzing, ringing, alarming, singing, chiming, device attached to their body!
